Fran Boyle
Care after Stillbirth Program Co-Lead, Stillbirth CRE
Associate Professor Fran Boyle is a health services researcher at The University of Queensland’s Institute for Social Science Research and Co-lead of the Care after Stillbirth program at the Stillbirth CRE. Fran’s background is in psychology and public health and she is engaged in health services research in both hospital and community settings. Consumer perspectives and understanding people’s lived experiences of health and the health care system are central to her work. Fran is passionate about making sure that the support available for all bereaved parents and families is the best it can be. She is a member of the Red Nose National Scientific Advisory Group and co-chair of the International Stillbirth Alliance Bereavement Working Group.
